1. Employees of Virgin Radio Thailand and their families, and anyone who has won a prize on any of Virgin Radio Thailand’s radio stations within the last 3 months, are not eligible to enter competitions organized by Virgin Radio Thailand. 2. Only one entry per person is permitted. 3. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 4. The prize may not be transferred to any other person. 5. No cash alternative or alternative prize is available on entrant’s request but in the event of the advertised competition prize being unavailable we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. 6. Virgin Radio Thailand will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointments suffered by any person taking part or not being able to take part in a competition. 7. Competition winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity. 8. Competition winners agree to keep confidential any knowledge about Virgin Radio Thailand and its business and personnel received by them as a result of the competition. 9. No responsibility is accepted for inaccurate prize details supplied by sponsors. 10. Use of false name or address, i.e. name by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize. 11. Contestants who are rude, abusive or deemed otherwise unsuitable by Virgin Radio Thailand may be excluded from the competition at any time. 12. We reserve the right to amend these Game Rules at any time without prior notice. Entry in the competition implies acceptance of these rules. 13. Virgin Radio Thailand reserves the right to keep your personal details for a reasonable time so that we can send you any prize that you have won, to verify that these rules have been complied with, and for accounting purposes. Further, Virgin Radio Thailand reserves the right to keep any personal details submitted by entrants during the course of the competition. 14. Virgin Radio Thailand may at any time issue specific rules to be read in conjunction with these rules. 15. Additional rules may be added for each particular game. These rules will be displayed on www.virginradiothailand.com or through our radio shows.
